Honest and Trustworthy Service
| I just had my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday…in 20 minutes…they didn’t try to sell me anything else, like some quick oil change businesses. I drive an hour to Lansing specifically to have Craig (and Jason) service my car. A few yrs. ago I had a problem with the heating system, that a local service facility could not repair. They told me to take it to the dealer. Instead, I drove it to Randall Automotive in Lansing where Craig quickly found the problem and fixed it. Craig is great at explaining technical issues! Thank you, Craig and Jason!!! |

Take your car here
| I prefer to repair my car by myself, but from time to time a shop with all the right tools and equipment it the best place to go. I’m new to Lansing and was nervous about taking my baby to a shop. Craig and his staff at Randall’s were sensitive to the fact that I expect the best for my car and were straight forward about everything from the get go. I will definately return to Randall’s for any major work in the future. Take your car to Randall’s. |

Take your vehicle here for service!
| If there’s a better auto repair facility in the Lansing area, I haven’t found it. I’ve had my vehicles serviced by Randall Automotive for years, now, and have had nothing but great service, polite staff, fair pricing, and HONESTY – a characteristic that’s difficult to find in auto repair facilities now days. I know people that take their car in for service and end up fearing they’ll get “taken for a ride”. Those people obviously didn’t go to Randall! |

| Randall Automotive is the most honest place to take your vehicle. I won’t take my vehicle any place else. Craig is very nice and very helpful person. They are a great bunch of guys. I like knowing that I can drop my vehicle off and it is always done the next day, and it is done right. If anybody is looking for a new mechanic that is honest and has good morals, take your vehicle to RANDALL AUTOMOTIVE! You won’t regret it, they are awesome. Thanks Guys. |

I drive 800 miles to come to Randall
| You won’t be able to find a better mechanic. I recently moved to North Carolina, but I try to hold off any auto work until I’m back in Michigan for the guys at Randall. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable; their diagnoses are accurate, they explain your options clearly, and they go above and beyond to educate you about how things work. It’s not uncommon for them to spend a half hour teaching you how a part works or why something broke. I couldn’t recommend Randall Automotive more emphatically! They know their stuff, do great work, and are reasonably priced. |

The best auto repair shop in town is…
| I have been taking my car to Randall Automotive for 7 years now, and my husband is up to about 10 plus years now. I feel that the staff is very knowledgeable and they do everything in their power to fix your car and still manage to find the most economical way to do it. Craig has always had a list with prices of products that range from good, better, to best…in a not so good economical time right now that list can be very helpful. If there is something they can’t fix they tell you straight up and will guide you to a place that they recommend. They have never done extra work on my car that I haven’t authorized them to do and if they do find something that is really urgent to fix at the time, they always call and get permission first. I feel lucky to have a auto garage that have people working there that I trust fully with my car and I know that they are telling me the truth when something is wrong with my car. I know that it is not the case with all women, but I am a woman that know’s nothing about cars and car shops have robbed me blind in the past. I don’t feel that stress with Randall Automotive when I drop my car off with them. Plus (bless his heart) Craig always tries to explain to me what they are doing to my car and what it was that they did to fix it. I just appreciate everything Randall Automotives has done for me and my husband in the past and up till now and I will surely miss them when we move. I fully and wholely recommend Randall Automotive to anyone and everyone, there’s no other place like it out there!! |
