Craig is certified by the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). He currently holds certifications in all 8 areas of auto repair which qualifies him as a Master Technician. He also holds advanced level (L1) certification in Automobile Advanced Engine Performance. With over 30 years of experience he is up to date with current diagnostics and repair techniques and has had extensive training through the ACDelco Professional Service Center program as well as the NAPA AutoCare Center program.
